If it helps at all, you can see what the log looks like in the Canvas docs. The only possibly incriminating thing that could come from it (barring exceptional circumstances) is if you switch tabs or otherwise navigate away from the quiz. If it’s an open note exam, then most of the time your instructors would expect you to move away from the quiz from time to time.
